立秋之后，北京的天气仍旧闷热潮湿，连着几天又是天昏地暗的。推荐这首歌一层意义便是希望能唤醒阳光，这本该是个seasons in the sun。
这首歌首次发表于1974年，收录在加拿大的歌手Terry Jacks首张专辑Seasons in the sun之中。至今已经被诸多艺人翻唱过各种版本，单是我收集的就有十几种，其中可能在流行领域里属Westlife的版本最出名，而我则更喜欢英国indie团体Black Box Recorder的版本。
最初对Black Box Recorder的关注是因为其中一位成员曾在我喜欢的JMC中效力。便找来Black Box Recorder的几张专辑，说实话在indie pop团体之中，他们算不上太抢眼的，尽管他们签在大公司旗下，名气或许比那些在小厂牌的乐队要大一些，但是一直都觉得他们的作品有点不上不下的，倒是这首翻唱作品能够让人感觉到一些灵气。不过由于每个乐队翻唱的方式以及意义的不同，他们对歌曲的曲式及歌词也都有不同的修改。这里张贴的歌词仅做为参考

这也是一直保留在我playlist里的歌。我爱那个又是先入为主的据说英年早逝的男声版的，名字忘了。非常缓慢的现场版本，非常喜欢。可惜当时的磁带已经找不到了。听过的几个其他版本都感觉太轻飘了。
比较搞笑的是，麦乐迪里面那个日本团black box的照片竟用的是这张，第一次看见差点晕到。
