Pet shop boys从新浪潮时期走红至今，也有二十来年的历史了，发表过十几张录音室专辑及无数单曲、混音版本、现场唱片，2006年5月他们又推出了全新专辑Fundamental，我收到的是双CD特别版本，对于他们的音乐，好像不用太刻意去评述他们是否进步，因为象他们这样的团体，始终会利用最好的技术手段去表达他们感知到的生活。他们从来都不缺少美妙的旋律，这张新片也是，推荐的这首I Made My Excuses And Left并不是专辑里最好的作品，只是觉得适合在博客上贴出来。
